Install Companion once to enable RELAY torrent verification and supported browser playback up to 4K.
BEFORE INSTALLING
Use the official PARALLAX download only.
Companion runs locally and should be installed only from streamparallax.com. Availability and version information are supplied by the live download endpoint.
AFTER DOWNLOAD
Pair Companion with RELAY Web.
Run the installer, start Companion and then open RELAY Web. Your browser may ask for permission to communicate with a device on the local network; that permission allows the RELAY page to reach Companion on the same computer. Torrent networking and media preparation remain local.
Keep Companion available in the Windows system tray while watching. The installer is for supported Windows computers; other operating systems cannot power RELAY Web playback through Companion today.
Use the setup and troubleshooting guide if RELAY cannot detect Companion or a selected release is not compatible with browser playback.
