Accepting these terms

By accessing PARALLAX, RELAY or Companion, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

Provide an email address you control, keep credentials confidential and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, security attacks, unlawful conduct or repeated violation of these terms. You may request account deletion through the account controls or support.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape excessively, reverse engineer security controls, distribute malware, interfere with other users, evade rate limits or use the service to violate intellectual-property or other applicable rights. Do not use PARALLAX infrastructure as a proxy for unlawful activity.

Third-party sources

RELAY is a client that can display metadata and sources supplied by independent addons or providers. PARALLAX does not host those third-party torrent files and does not control their availability, legality, accuracy or safety. You are responsible for choosing lawful sources and complying with the rules that apply where you live.

Copyright and DMCA notices

PARALLAX respects intellectual-property rights and responds to sufficiently detailed copyright notices. Send notices to dmca@streamparallax.com with identification of the work, the location at issue, your contact information, a good-faith statement and an authorized signature. False notices may create liability.

Availability and changes

Titles, sources, quality and features may change or become unavailable. Roadmap descriptions are targets, not guarantees. We may update, limit or discontinue parts of the service when required for security, law, licensing, technical reliability or product development.

No warranty

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular source, compatibility with every device, or that third-party content is accurate or safe.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PARALLAX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from service use, third-party sources, lost data or unavailable playback. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes and governing rules

These terms are interpreted under applicable law without selecting a jurisdiction PARALLAX cannot legally represent. Before filing a formal claim, contact legal@streamparallax.com so the issue can be reviewed in good faith.
